The offseason for the Miami Dolphins has just began, but it’s never too far to look ahead towards free agency.
The NFL’s new league year begins at 4 p.m. EST on March 10, when unrestricted free agents (otherwise known as UFAs) are free to sign with a team of their choosing.

Unrestricted Free Agents
These players will be free to begin negotiate with any team if not re-signed or placed under the franchise tag by their current team on March 7 at 4 p.m. EST, though they can’t officially sign a contract until 4 p.m. EST on March 10 (the start of the new league year).
Teams can negotiate with and sign their current free agents without competition up until March 7.
